iVenture Card Packages
What is an iVenture Card package?
Each iVenture Card package includes a range of attractions, experiences and popular things to do all on a single smartcard. Each iVenture Card is loaded with one iVenture package which includes free entry to a selection of individual experiences such as cruises, tours or attractions. Your choice of experiences varies depending on which package you choose.
Each package provides you with complete flexibility to create your own itinerary and convenience to see the things you want to see when you want. Each Package comes packed with a guide to all participating attractions so all you need to do is show your card and have all the fun!
What are the benefits of an iVenture Card package?
With your iVenture Card package you will receive amazing savings and value whether travelling alone or with your family and friends. Every package offers free admission to large range of attractions and experiences and the convenience of having it combined on one prepaid smartcard.
Does the iVenture Card package come with a guide?
Yes. Every iVenture card package comes with an easy-reference, colour guide with a map which provides details on participating operators including address, contact details and special offers. Operator details do change from time to time, so it is recommended that you view our online list of attractions and operator websites for the most up-to-date information.
Is there an iVenture Card Package for children
Yes, there is a large range of exciting attractions, which kids will love. Our range of attractions packages is available for children aged between 4 and 15. Children who are 16 or older will need an Adult package. Children under 3 are subject to fees payable to individual attractions.
Do you have a family iVenture Card package?
No. There are currently no family packages available and each member of your party will require their own package. However the savings are substantial for family groups too.
How long is the iVenture package valid for?
We aim to provide packages, which provide you with the most flexibility, and all of our packages offer either 3 month or 12-month validity periods. Each package has different validity periods and you should carefully review this at time of purchase.
Do I have to use my iVenture Card in consecutive days?
This only applies to our Unlimited Attraction Pass. All unlimited Attraction Pass packages are based on the number of day’s duration you purchased. For example, the Sydney Attractions Pass package is valid for consecutive days only. It can be purchased as a 2 day, 3 day or 7 day pass. If you purchase a 3-day package and you start to use it on a Tuesday, it will be valid for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of that week.
If your travel plans do not suit consecutive days of use, then you may be interested in our Five in One Pack, or our Australia Multi City Attractions pack. With these packages you can visit, at your leisure, either 5 (Five in One) or up to 7 (Australia Multi City Pack) attractions over a 3-month period. Both package types offer a range of top attractions to choose from, across our key destinations and can be used in one day or within 3 months.
What time does the Unlimited Attractions Pass package run out?
Your Unlimited Attractions Pass package is valid for calendar days, not for 24-hour periods. It will run out on the final day of the duration you purchased. If you purchase a two-day card and start to use if on a Wednesday, it will be valid for Wednesday and Thursday. If you don’t use the package, it will expire 12 months from purchase.
Does the iVenture card need to be signed?
Yes. All cardholders need to sign the card – both adults and children. For security purposes we recommend that you sign the card as soon as you receive it. Please note that once signed, no refunds or exchanged can be made.
What is the difference between a Sydney Unlimited Pass and a Sydney Flexi 5 Attractions Pass?
Both Packages offer great savings and convenience. The main difference is that the Unlimited Pass allows you to see more of Sydney with access to over 35 included attraction and things to do over a set number of consecutive days. This option is great if you are visiting a city and you want to see it all, without breaking the budget and miss out on anything. It offers exceptional savings and the convenience of not having to pay anything else.
The Sydney Flexi 5 pass in one provides you with flexibility to choose the 5 attractions that you wish to see from our top 20 most visited attractions and experiences with the ability to see them in one day or over 3 months! It’s totally up to you. This package is great for locals and for those that might not be able to commit to consecutive days.
What cities are included in the Australia Multi City Pack?
The Australia Multi City Pass provides you admission to Australia's famous attractions, tours, cruises and things to in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Tasmania. It can be used in one city or across multiple cities. It’s ideal for those travellers that are exploring various cities in Australia with it’s flexible validity of 3 months.
Attractions and Other Venues
Do I need to show ID needed at the attraction or venue?
No. Your iVenture Card is all you need to gain access to the attraction or venue. You will be asked to sign the back of your card before you start to use it. Once you reach your chosen attractions or venues, simply present your card at the admissions point.
Do the iVenture Card packages include all attractions in a city or region?
iVenture Card packages offer free entry to a large range of the best attractions and venues available in a city or region. The range for each location varies by package and our range is growing all the time. Up to date information about the attractions in each package can be viewed in the included Attractions tab located in each package page.
Are the attractions or venues open at all times?
Many of our attractions or venues change their operating hours each day and throughout the course of the year. We recommend contacting them directly to confirm their opening times or visiting their websites to confirm details.
Can I return to the same attraction using my iVenture Card?
No. The iVenture Card is designed to show you around the city and see as much as you can, different attractions and experiences.
Do I have to pre-book for any tours?
No. However due to limited availability on selected tours and experiences, we do recommend that you call ahead to reserve your place and we have noted this on these attraction in your easy-reference guide that accompanies your iVenture card package and also on each attraction listing online.
Can I book in advance for any tours?
Some of the attractions and experiences do need to be booked in advance. Phone numbers and booking procedures can be found in your iVenture Card package guide.
Are there any special conditions for the attractions or other venues?
Sometimes special conditions will apply. These may include height restrictions, opening restrictions or holiday supplements to be paid to the operator. Where special conditions apply, they have been noted with the operator listings in your iVenture Card package guide or view each attraction listing for the most up-to-date information.
Are there any special conditions for the Oz Jet Boating Ride?
Yes. A $15 supplement is payable on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and NSW school holidays. Also a 130cm height restriction applies.
Can I buy an iVenture Card package as a gift?
Yes. iVenture Card packages are an excellent gift for, kids, friends and relatives. When they start using their iVenture cards, they can simply sign the reverse. Cards are activated at the first time it is used
Can I purchase an iVenture Card package prior to arrival?
Yes and we recommend it. iVenture Card packages can be purchased at www.iVenturecard.com or by calling 1300 366 476 within Australia, calling +61 2 9211 3192 if overseas or through your local travel agent. Our customer service center is open 7 days a week from 9am to 8.30pm. (closed Christmas day)
Where can I purchase an iVenture Experiences package?
Is Transport option included on every Package available in Sydney?
No. The transport option is only available for purchase on your Sydney Unlimited Attractions Pass package.
How does the Sydney Unlimited Attractions Pass transport option work?
If you purchase your Sydney Unlimited Attractions Pass package 'with transport' option, you will receive either a MyMulti Day Pass (3 Zones) or MyMulti2 (Weekly - 2 Zones) ticket, depending on your package duration.
My Multi Day Pass gives you unlimited CityRail train services across the entire network (3 zones), all government and private bus services, all government ferries, and the Light Rail service for 1 day only.
MyMulti2 (Weekly – 2 Zones) gives you unlimited services on all government and private buses, all government Ferries and Newcastle Ferries services , The light rail and CityRail train travel in 2 zones only - in the area bounded by Hornsby, Carlingford, Seven Hills, Liverpool, Holsworthy, Engadine, Caringbah, and Bondi Junction stations, unlimited bus and ferry travel across Greater Sydney - for 7 days.
Please note that these MyMulti Day Pass and MyMulti2 Weekly ticket are not valid for travel on CountryLink services, Sydney Buses special event services, AirportLink services, Sydney Explorer, Bondi Explore, Sydney Ferries cruises, private ferries, Metro Light Rail, or Sydney Monorail.
Does the transport option get me to attractions included in the package?
If you purchase a 2-Day Sydney Unlimited Attractions Pass ‘including transport’, you will receive 2 x MyMulti Day Passes (3 Zones). This type of pass will get you within proximity of the attractions.
If you purchased a 3-Day OR 7-Day Sydney Unlimited Attractions Pass ‘including transport’, you will receive a MyMulti2 (Weekly – 2 Zones) ticket, which gives you unlimited services on all government and private bus services, all government Ferries and Newcastle Ferries services and CityRail train travel in 2 zones and the lightRail. There are a number of attractions that fall outside these 2 CityRail zones:
- Blue Mountains - MyMulti2 (Weekly – 2 Zones) ticket is valid as far as Seven Hills station. You will need to purchase an extension ticket when you board the train to get you to Katoomba. Simply ask for a ticket from Seven Hills to Katoomba.
- Featherdale Wildlife Park – MyMulti2 (Weekly – 2 Zones) ticket is valid as far as Seven Hills station. You will need to purchase an extension ticket from Seven Hills to Blacktown when you board the train. Then connect to bus #725, which runs to the Park. A fare for this bus is payable.
However, if your purchase is not inclusive of transport, the MyMulti Day Pass and MyMulti Weekly ticket can be purchased from most newsagents and other retailers displaying MyZone/Perpay signage or at CityRail, Sydney Buses Transit Shops and Sydney Ferries outlets (at Circular Quay and Manly Wharves).
Is the Monorail included?
No. Travel on the Monorail is not included in the MyMulti Pass as they are privately operated services.
Do I have to purchase transport for my children?
If you purchase the transport option, all children aged between 4 and 15 years old need to have a TravelPass. If there is more than one child in a party accompanied by adults, only one child travel pass per day is required for all the children aged between 4 and 15. Please note this is a State Transit ruling and is subject to change. Each child will need to have a Smartvisit Card. Children under 4 travel free. Children 16 or over require an adult pass.
Is travel to and from the airport included?
No. Your MyMulti Pass does not include transport to the airport.
How much does the airport city rail link cost?
Transport fares vary. For the latest information on fares, please call 131 500 or go to www.airportlink.com.au. At time of publication, the following prices were valid – these are subject to change.

How do I get to the Blue Mountains?
Trains to Katoomba in the Blue Mountains depart from Central Railway Station. For timetable and fare enquiries, call 131 500 or visit www.cityrail.info. Alternatively, if you have a car, it is 90 minutes drive from Sydney.
How much does it cost to get to the Blue Mountains?
If you have a MyMulti Day Pass or MyMulti2 (Weekly – 2 Zone) ticket, you will only need to purchase a ticket between Seven Hills and Katoomba. This currently costs $7.80 one way for an adult or $10.80 for an off peak return. Fares can change, so this information should be used as a guide only.
Is the ferry from Circular to Parramatta included?
Yes. If you purchase a package including transport, your MyMulti Day Pass or MyMulti2 (Weekly – 2 Zone) ticket includes travel to Parramatta on the RiverCat.
